Professional 3200 Model Fourdrinier Kraft Liner Paer Making Machine with Daily Capacity of 50 Tons
Brief Introduction of Paper Making:
The paper making production line relies on waste paper, virgin wood pulp, wheat straw, sugarcane bagasse, cotton as the raw material to make the high quality paper( depends on the requirements of the clients), the finished product is paper roll, and paper sheet, then through the paper deep processing machines, we are able to get the final paper product you want. It comprises the following sections:
1 pulp making equipments;
2 sizing press system;
3 paper machinery;
4 paper cutting and packing machines ( the deep processing machines);
5 boiler section;
6 hot steam recycling system;
7 spare parts.

The Main Frame of 3200 Model Fourdrinier Kraft Liner Paper Making Machine:
1. Wire Part
Bottom wire table length 20m, top wire table length 10m, frame welded by #45 steel plate, with 2 sets of closed-type stainless steel head box, with double evener rolls.
2. Press Part
4 sets of blind press roll 900mm×3750mm×4300mm, each press section include 2 pieces of blind press roll, roll body coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 96℃±2, with pneumatic pressure device.
3. Dryer Part and Sizing Part:
30 sets of 500mm×3750mm×4300mm alloy dryer cylinder, with 30pcs of scraper blade. 1 set of sizing machine with cylinder 850mm×3750mm×4300mm.
Dryer cylinders arrayed in the order of 20+sizing machine +10.
4. Winding part
1 set of 3200mm horizontal pneumatic winding machine, winding drum 1100mm ×3750mm×4300mm with cooling water pipes and leading rope slot.
5. Rewinding part
